Eastward Graphics is associated with several other companies and specifically our web set-up and hosting company – Azookaweb. At present these company facets are physically co-located and share a common database of customers and contacts.
Your personal and corporate privacy is important to our company group.
Your personal information such as: name, title, telephone, fax and mobile number, address, email address, specific communications to and from us, billing information, fee payment data (such as credit card or account numbers), etc, may be stored on our business servers, but will not be stored on an internet-accessible server except where third parties (such as our financial institution) require it in the course of normal business. Our business PCs and servers are fire-walled from the internet.
Your name, email address and other contact data may only be passed to others in the course of approved business between you and us (for example, in dealings with a printer, a specialised designer, etc). Your name, email address and any other detail specific to you will not be released to any third party for sale, commission, or otherwise benefit to Eastward Graphics and group unless you approve us in each case to do so. Should it be necessary to release your personal or corporate information to another company or person in the course of your business dealings with us, or as otherwise approved by you, Eastward Graphics will take no responsibility or liability for the use of that information by the other company or person.
Eastward Graphics may use your contact details to send you communications as required for ongoing dealings between you and us and for general contact such as offers of new graphics design business, promotional work, offers from other facets of Eastward Graphics and so on. We do not maintain any business other than as advertised so you should not expect us to contact you with offers outside the core of our business. Whilst contact from Eastward Graphics, aside from that associated with present business dealings, is expected to be rare, you may elect not to receive any further communications from us by sending us an email requesting such.
Your personal or corporate information may be modified or removed from our databases by sending us an email detailing such.
In the unusual case that legal proceedings should be required for lack of fee payment or for breeching of copyright or other rights of Eastward Graphics and group, personal or corporate information would be released as required by legal professionals, and in accordance with prevailing privacy laws to resolve the case at hand. If Eastward Graphics is required to provide personal or corporate information as directed or required by a law enforcement investigation, it will do so in accordance with provisions and stipulations in prevailing privacy laws.
EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN TYPES OF DESIGN WORK
Eastward graphics will not engage in any design or otherwise work which uses or promotes activities of hate, violence, racism, pornography or other illegal or socially inappropriate matters. We will not knowingly break any copyright or use without required/purchased permissions, media or software from any other source. Eastward Graphics and group reserves the right to deny any offer of work which breeches this mandate or is deemed to be unsuitable by the management.
USE OF EASTWARD GRAPHICS' DESIGNS
Eastward Graphics releases copyright of completed work to you, upon payment of fees, for your own use unless documented otherwise. Eastward Graphics takes no responsibility or liability for the use of designs upon release to customers.
